New Balance 1906W “Gradient Pack” Arrives for Fall
It’s been a while since we’ve seen the New Balance 1906W, but the brand is making its return count with a new two-piece “Gradient Pack.”
Both options retain the 1906W’s defining features, including layered mesh uppers with “Stability Web” sidewall overlays, ENCAP sole units, and heel supports borrowed from the original. The design remains untouched, letting the gradient finishes do the talking. Each pair applies a tonal fade to its structural panels, delivering visual depth without disrupting the overall construction. The navy pair transitions from deep midnight to cobalt blue, while the grey version blends charcoal and lighter greys across the same framework.
These two releases continue to show how the 1906W is carving out its own identity within the broader 1906 family. Though it shares its DNA with other 1906 variants like the R and U, the W’s minimal paneling and gradient executions give it a more lifestyle-leaning, modern look.
The New Balance 1906W “Gradient Pack” is expected to release this Fall on NewBalance.com.
In other Fall '25 footwear news, the Air Jordan 4 "Cave Stone" will finally hit retailers.
