Straight from the dome of New Balance Made in USA Creative Director Teddy Santis, the Made in USA New Balance 990v2 “Marigold” continues to stay true to his Aime Leon Dore root as pair presents with a pre-aged aesthetic. That is, sail tints applied to the laces and midsoles, with heritage neutral greys at the sueded tongue and liners. All of this simplicity is counted by bold orange suede uppers — again true to ALD’s origins — set against solid black accents to complete the design.
