New Balance’s Flat Breeze is starting to travel. After first launching in South Korea in April, the ballet-inspired silhouette is now beginning to reach additional markets overseas.
Developed in Korea, the Flat Breeze sits somewhere between a traditional flat and a sneaker. Its slim profile features a rounded toe, cut-out upper, stretch strap, and single-loop lace system, while a thin rubber outsole keeps the shoe close to the ground.
The wider rollout now includes Singapore and Malaysia, where Black, Red, Mint, and Silver colorways have begun hitting select New Balance stores and online channels. The expansion marks one of the first times the Korea-developed model has been offered outside its original market.
For now, U.S. release details have yet to be announced. With the Flat Breeze beginning to show up in more regions, though, New Balance appears to be giving the silhouette a much broader run heading into the end of 2026.
For New Balance releases that you can cop stateside, the New Balance 990v7 is set to debut in November.
