Back in August, it was revealed that Queens-based label Time Leon Dore would revive the obscure New Balance Rainer hiking boot through a handful of collaborative colorways for the Fall/Winter season — the model’s first re-run since 2016 . As is the blueprint for footwear brands this decade, New Balance will undoubtedly have a long line of general releases to follow, the first of which is revealed here.

Staying true to the original’s heritage, the pair boasts a beautiful tan leather upper atop a navy nylon upper for ultimate wet weather protection. D-ring eyestays and debossed midfoot logos champion the pair’s character, whils its chunky sole unit takes a back seat in subtle black, to draw the focus back up top to the beautiful construction above.
