Packer are Delivering a Flax New Balance 992 for Fall
Birthed in 1907, New York’s Packer Shoe Store has since built itslef quite an extensive reputation, ultimately become the roots for the globally recognized destination that’s rich in sneaker culture. For over a century Packer has been pioneering sneaker boutiques, and their history and passion for kicks has lead to some of the most notable sneaker collaborations in sneaker history. And once again, neighboring New Balance is recognizing this passion, collaborating with the trailblazer to bring us this new Packer x New Balance 992.
Keeping us on the edge of seats is this sneak-peek of the aforementioned collab with NB, but we will breakdown what we can gather so far. The upper is comprised of a myriad of different materials such as flax brown and dark grey nubuck, tan mesh, and silver 3M overlays for high vis reflections. Tan adorns the laces while underfoot at the designs bedrock sits a white sole unit that compliments the white cushioned lining, completing this brief glimpse is the reflective 992 panel located on the tongue and silver branding on the medial.
