The Nike Air Force 1 finally celebrates its 45th anniversary in 2027. Since its debut on the basketball court in 1982, the "presidential" silhouette has undergone handfuls of updates that've helped it transcend sport to become one of the most popular sneakers of all time. Several of these changes—including pairs upgraded with Vibram and GORE-TEX—have gone under-appreciated by most, but celebrated by those "in the know."
With Fall 2026 firmly here, and winter fast-approaching, the Swoosh has revisited its wet weather-ready Air Force 1 GORE-TEX Vibram design, offering it in new colorways and in mid-top form.
The new Air Force 1 Mid '07 GORE-TEX Vibram takes the experimental concept and delivers a truer boot-like experience for just $180—a fraction of what waterproof and grippy boots commonly go for.
Nike's lineup of Low and Mid Air Force 1s are capable of tackling all winter conditions you might encounter—snow, sleet, slippery black ice, rain—thanks to its GORE-TEX lining, aggressive Vibram outsole, and weatherized construction. Furthermore, classic AF-1 style is left intact, allowing any diehard streetwear fan to tackle the elements while still looking fresh.
At least a dozen different autumn and winter-ready Air Force 1 pairs are now available via Nike.com, with more colorways coming on Sunday, Nov. 1, and beyond.
Ahead, you'll find a curated list of product—some having up to a 42% discount.
