With the Nike Air Force 1 set to celebrate its 45th anniversary in 2027, the silhouette has emerged in dozens of colorways throughout 2026, with several more promised for the second-half of the year. One such release that's expected to land during the Holiday 2026 season is a yellow BE@RBRICK-inspired pair made in collaboration with Japan's MEDICOM TOY.
Neither party involved has confirmed that the project will release at some point as of writing, but a launch makes sense given the history between Nike and MEDICOM TOY.
Throughout the last 20 years, both institutions have come together on a number of collabs, reimagining silhouettes like the Air Force 1 and Blazer. With the newly-surfaced AF-1, it seems both parties have come together to celebrate the 30th anniversary of MEDICOM TOY—an event that ushers in the Air Force 1's 45th anniversary.

The next MEDICOM TOY Air Force 1 is expected to land in a yellow fur-covered makeover. A premium, straightforward construction will likely be joined by a special-edition BE@RBRICK wearing a matching Nike Tech Fleece outfit. The collectible is expected to release in 400% (11 inches) and 1000% (27.5 inches) sizes.
