CLOT x Nike Air Max 1 “K.O.D. Solar Red” Drops July 20th

The return of the famed CLOT x Air Max 1 “Kiss of Death” earlier this year ended up being one of a two-part pack release by Edison Chen, with a second tea-inspired “CHA” colorwayadded mere weeks later. Now, a third installment is on the way, and once again it will remain an exclusive release to Juice stores.

Revealed just now by the brand themselves, the CLOT x Nike Air Max 1 “K.O.D. Solar Red” was originally designed back in 2006 for then-Swoosh advocate Kanye West. Now, 15 years later, the pair will finally release. Bringing a brand new construction with mesh toes in place of the signature Kiss of Death translucent, and suedes replaced by premium leathers. Color-wise, the imprint has opted for the titular hue across the heel, midfoot, and vamp, with both the collar and toe box taking on a medium-grey hue. Mudguard overlays arrive in crisp white — completed here with a new debossed motif at the lateral forefoot, while midsoles dive a few shades deeper towards a light grey. Translucent outsoles are retained underfoot, and the pair is completed by Air supports of the titular hue.

A release date for this third-up CLOT x Nike Air Max 1 “K.O.D. Solar Red” has been confirmed by the brand for July 20th, with releases to remain exclusive to Juice, both online and in-store.
