Kobe Day Celebration Hits Flight Club LA with Exclusive Access

From Monday, August 18, to Monday, August 25, Flight Club Los Angeles will honor Kobe Bryant’s legacy with a week-long Black Mamba celebration at its Melrose Avenue location, located at 535 N Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036. The special in-store activation is designed to bring together the sneaker and basketball community in a space that celebrates one of the game’s greatest players.

Visitors will be able to explore a curated selection of signature Kobe sneakers showcased on Flight Club’s iconic sneaker wall, each representing moments from Bryant’s career and the evolution of his on-court footwear. The pop-up experience will also feature exclusive giveaways throughout the week, offering fans unique mementos tied to the Mamba legacy.

Adding to the excitement, Flight Club LA is making history by offering the opportunity to purchase the sought-after Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Dodger” and the Nike Kobe 8 “What The Kobe” at retail price. These limited-time offerings will be available while supplies last, giving visitors a rare chance to secure two of the most coveted Kobe releases.

This marks the first time Flight Club has officially commemorated August 24 (“Kobe Day”) with an activation, setting the stage for what could become an annual tradition. By combining exclusive access, interactive experiences, and community engagement, the store aims to honor Bryant’s impact both on and off the court.
