Devin Booker and Hiroshi Fujiwara might not be a pair of collaborators you'd expect, but both figures have made their admiration for each other public over the last few years.
In December 2024, the Phoenix Suns guard laced up an unexpected fragment design x Nike Book 1 collaboration against the Utah Jazz. In his own words, Booker only wanted Fujiwara to work on his debut signature model's first collaboration. Neither party confirmed a retail launch for the project, but Nike muse Veneda Carter just added fuel to the speculation fire by sharing a picture of herself wearing the collab.
Differing from the 1-of-2 white-and-red fragment Book 1 teased in August, the predecessor features a full python-inspired upper. The light tan makeover is complemented by fragment design's signature bold blue-and-black tones, which land across profile swooshes, heel counters, and outsole detailing. Bolt logos are stamped into the lateral hind-foot, right above manufacturing text on the midsole, injecting streetwear-approved elements into the Nike Basketball sneaker.
Enjoy detailed images of the unreleased project ahead. Firm Nike.com release details may surfaced before the year ends, but that's yet to be established.
