Hiroshi Fujiwara of fragment design has taken a liking to the Nike Mind series of footwear. Recently, he took to social media to tease his take on the Mind 002 silhouette.
Fresh off teaser shots of a fragment Mind 001, the neuroscience-informed design has gotten the Fujiwara-treatment. Much still hasn't been revealed, but the partly-knit shoe is done in a brown-and-black color scheme. Midsoles are stamped with fragment concept testing messaging, expanding the long-standing partnership between the Japanese imprint and Swoosh.
Underfoot, 22 different nodes appear on each shoe, providing the same type of recovery experience granted to Olympians at Milano Cortina.
Stay tuned for a possible Nike.com launch by the beginning of summer.
