ACG-Inspired Nike Air Huarache Coming Soon for Kids

Tinker Hatfield’s ties to the ACG lineage are strong — especially circa 1991, where his Air Jordan 7, Mowabb, and Huarache designs all featured elements of the outdoor-informed linage. For the latter, there has been no shortage of crossovers, with ACG-inspired releases now expected to surface a few times per calendar year. And right on cue, this new kids-exclusive release appears, pairing bright whites and warm bones against vibrant oranges and sea-greens for a full-flavored 90s-inspired release.

Here we find modernized mesh at the toes and tonal neoprene booties met by bone leather overlays and tongues. From there, green caging and outsoles get peppered with Nike’s recycled Grin Rubber, orange forefoot Mini Swooshes and tongue tags appear, and outdoor-inspired laces roll in to complete the design.

Though a release for this ACG-inspired Nike Air Huarache did not accompany the official image set below, you should expect to see pairs hit select retailers soon.
