After a brief slow-down in production, Air Max 97 options are once again flooding the market — even for kids. The next to appear is one of those and — if you ask my 4-year-old — it bears a resemblance to Marvel’s magnificent Spider-Man.

The pair’s color scheme of blue, red, and white is enough to get the spidey senses tingling. Here, navy mesh uppers work with royal blue tongues, overlays, and mid panels to present a tonal base for pops of red branding and lower overlays to levitate. More navy is ushered in at the mudguards, tongue badge, laces, liners, and pulls, before a breath of bright white breaks things up at the midsole. The latter is filled with blue Air supports, and the pair is wrapped up by black rubber outsoles hit with red line detail.

A release date for this kids-exclusive Nike Air Max 97 “Spider-Man” is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com over the coming weeks.
