Let’s be real; it’s been a pretty shitty start to 2020. Typically in times of global distress, sports bring us together. And we can’t even enjoy that, with ever major, minor and local leagues all put on indefinite hiatus during the COVID-19 crisis. What makes it even worse is that the NBA playoffs were meant to kick-off this weekend. It would have been LeBron’s first post-season in Purple and Gold, but despite not featuring in real-life action this weekend, he will be hitting the hardwood electronically on NBA2K20. With My Player Nation post-season activities underway, Nike has another gamer exclusive for colorway for you in-store. Dubbed the “Bron 2K Playoffs”, the pair hams up the Lakers home uniforms, pairing purple and gold hits against it’s white base. The former comes by-way-of its marbled Knitposite pieces, while golden yellow graces the laces, midsole splatter, and Air support system. Animalistic elements are ushered in to add even more extravagance, with Zebra-patterned fur tongue shrouds, matching striping on the outsole and monochrome cheetah print on the tongues and insoles. Capping off the design are co-branded hits on the tongue in metallic silver, and on the insoles in metallic-matte purple.

Gamers can unlock a chance to purchase from April 18th to April 22nd simply by winning a MyPLAYER Nation playoff game. Grab an official look at the pair here below, and if you’re yet to link your Nike and 2K accounts, you should do so here before you hit the hardwood!
