Nike and the National Football League are set to launch the new Rivalries program, an initiative that pairs iconic matchups with specially designed uniforms and fan gear.
Beginning September 10, the Rivalries jerseys will be available to fans worldwide, marking the start of a multi-year rollout that will extend through the 2028 season. Each uniform has been developed in collaboration with its respective club to reflect the traditions, culture, and community pride unique to each team, adding a new layer of energy to some of the league’s most storied rivalries.
The 2025 slate of Rivalries uniforms will be introduced by teams in the AFC East and NFC West, each making their debut during one home game against a division opponent. Following their on-field appearance, the uniforms will remain part of each team’s official rotation for three years, joining existing alternate jerseys. This season, the Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, New York Jets, San Francisco 49ers, and Seattle Seahawks will all take part, with matchups spread from late September through early January.
Nike’s Director of NFL Apparel Product Design, Airhart Ryan, emphasized the collaborative process behind the designs, noting that each jersey was created to authentically represent the identity of the team, its fans, and its community. Taryn Hutt, the NFL’s Vice President of Club Marketing, described the initiative as a milestone moment for both the league and Nike, with Rivalries offering a new platform to amplify team heritage and fan passion while bringing a fresh creative approach to the field.
Beyond the gridiron, the Rivalries program also delivers a full suite of sideline apparel and fan gear, including T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and headwear, available at Nike.com, NFLshop.com, Fanatics.com, team stores, and select retail partners starting September 10. Distribution will also extend internationally, reaching fans in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia.
With the first eight Rivalries clubs set to make their debut this season and more scheduled to follow in 2026, 2027, and 2028, the Rivalries program signals an evolving chapter in Nike’s long-standing partnership with the NFL, blending performance, style, and local pride into the heart of the game.
Look for the entire collection to be available here on Nike.com on September 10, at 10 AM ET.
