Throughout his decades-spanning career, NIGO has worn many hats. For his latest Nike Air Force 3 Low collaboration, the influential Japanese figure has adopted the role of radio station host.

Over the last week, the General and his Swoosh partner have shared a couple of video clips to social media in anticipation of their next sneaker project. Each commercial takes place in the studio of the fictional W-AF3 FM station, where a puppet-version of NIGO shows off his next Air Force 3 Low releases. "White Croc" and "Black Croc" editions are set to release before summer arrives, delivering the silhouette's most luxurious makeovers yet.

Marketing material and vinyl record-inspired elements on the shoes virtually confirm that NIGO's love of music and disc-jockeying informed his latest collaboration with Nike.

High-quality leather bases set the stage for reptilian overlays across the upper. Each panel likely draws inspiration from some iconic apparel or footwear item engrained in the Human Made-frontman's mind from his youth. Hip-hop and punk inspired the Japanese designer before he launched his first brand, and the Air Force 3 Low "Croc" pairs could pay homage to these genres. Silver hangtags and and logos on the insole further reference the world of music, but they pale in comparison to the disc emblem replacing traditional basketball logos on the left shoe's tongue.

Enjoy official photos of the "Black Croc" Air Force 3 Low by NIGO ahead. Pairs of the latest collaboration from the historic partnership are expected to hit the Nike SNKRS app and select boutiques on Thursday, April 24. The shoe is priced at $150.
