The Nike Air Alpha Force 88 Goes Greyscale

Following the successful reissue of the OG "Chicago" colorway, Nike continues its Alpha Force 88 collection with a fresh grayscale rendition.

This new version shines with subtlety and style, presenting an iconic design in a new, refined light. The only splash of color comes from the signature orange basketball logo on the tongue and the vibrant hint on the outsole, setting a dynamic contrast against the predominantly monochromatic backdrop. The rest of the sneaker enjoys a grayscale treatment that speaks to a sophisticated and modern aesthetic.

This time, Nike deviates from the traditional smooth leather finish to introduce a heavily tumbled white leather construction, delivering an extra layer of depth and texture. To ensure variation in texture, perforated toe boxes, and smooth leather Swooshes are employed, delivering a stunning visual contrast that adds a playful touch to the grayscale design. The design's contrast is further amplified by the bold black straps, liners, and sole details. A tinge of gray is ingeniously worked into the sneaker's back end, complementing the design's overall grayscale theme.
