Nike Air Foamposite One “Orlando Home” Expecting Early April Release
Though we’re not expecting a fully-fledged return to the form of the 2010s, the Foamposite lineage has welcomed a boost in both frequency and quality of releases of late. Perhaps the upcoming capsule with CDG will reinvigorate the market further, but until then, the Swoosh is dropping some sweltering mainline releases that are certainly capturing the hearts of the hardcore Foam fiends. This next-up Nike Air Foamposite One “Orlando Home” is one that will likely be the cause of a bit of nostalgia, anchored to the sneaker’s ambassador and then-Magic man Penny Hardaway.
Though it honors the OG royal, black and white release, the pair arrives more closely to 2014’s “Shooting Stars” release, minus the interstellar detail and a few other variants. Here, the shell keeps to home court whites, with outsoles and eyestay trim following suit. Collars and eyestays arrive in staple black leather, while inner booties don’t stray to far from a traditional finish. What is new, though is the inclusion of a pricing royal patent tongue overlay, with branding in the rear reflecting its hue. Elsewhere is pretty basic, with milky-white translucent outsoles fixed with black tread, and signature two-tone carbon fiber shanks at the midfoot completing the design.

For now, keep the date penciled in for April Fools, and should anything change, we’ll be sure to keep you posted right here on our official Twitter account with updates.
