RESTOCK // CO.JP Nike Air Force 1 “Acorn”

Hardcore fans of the Air Force 1 were blessed in 2020 with long-awaited retros of some turn-of-the-century Japan-exclusive colorways. For the first time on international soil, the CO.JP Air Force 1 “Wheat”, “Reflect Snake” and “Tatsuma” finally saw retail releases, and they were joined by a plethora of Dunks and Air Jordan 1s that were also exclusive to the country circa early 2000. Now it appears one more will be joining the retro lineup, with 2002’s Air Force 1 “Acorn” added to the schedule for Spring 2021.

Though first looks at the 2021 pair are yet to surface, it is, like the aforementioned, expected to release in a close-to-identical build as the original. You should expect to see canvas uppers and tongues of creamy “Underbrush” overlayed by soft natural leathers, while the titular “Acorn” hue hits the leather liners, laces, and outsoles. Completing the design is a clean white midsole, white embroidery in the rear, and light caramel-colored tongue tags up top.

A release date for the Nike Air Force 1 “Acorn” has been set by Japanese retailers for April 29th, though word on its stateside release is yet to surface.
