Over the last six months, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Dance has quietly amassed a compelling catalog of looks. Come fall, the sneaker is set to release in an eye-catching "Particle Pink" ensemble.

Debuted last October, the silhouette takes performance basketball heritage and reimagines it for the specific needs of a community that had long-adopted Bruce Kilgore's design as their own: dancers. At quick glance, the "presidential" model appears as it did in 1983, but close inspection reveals modifications for better lockdown and fluid movement.

For starters, the high-quality leather upper conceals rubber pods at high-wear zones for improved durability. The countered upper and thicker collar area work in-tandem to provide a more snug sensation when performing. The brand's industry-shifting Nike Air cushioning is moved towards the forefoot for optimal support, while the flex grooves underfoot help achieve more natural movement. Lastly, the outsole traction has been reimagined to assist on different surfaces and needs.

Enjoy official photos of the Women's Air Force 1 Low Dance ahead. Pairs of the "Particle Pink" style should hit Nike.com by October for $125.
