The stylistic trend of shoe jewelry has become the latest market-favorite finish for footwear brands. Everything from Cuban Links to lace rings has hit a handful of silhouettes — mostly the classics — in order to add Instagram-worthy elements. Around this time last year, the theme reached unprecedented heights with a premium Air Force 1 that offered oversized lace bling, textured Checks, and retro foam tongues. Extremely successful upon its launch, Nike look to revisit the style a mere 12 month later with this new option expecting a Summer 2021 arrival.

Seemingly similar to last year’s release, the 2021 option arrives with a handful of minor tweaks. Sole units arrive in aged-look sail, whilst meshed foam tongues sport a significantly lighter shade of cream. Jewelry styling is unchanged, but colors have, with gold the go-to enamel finish, and jewels of olive and purple surrounding a diamonte-encrusted Swoosh. Elsewhere, you can expect much the same from the sneaker, with white leather uppers, elephant textured leather Swooshes and heel overlays, and extended nylon sheaths at the tongue.

Euro retailers Naked has confirmed an August 28th release for the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Bling”. Pairs will be arriving right here on their official webstore from 9 am CET.
