The Swoosh never seems to run out of design options for the evergreen Air Force 1, and once more, the Beaverton team has delivered a new twist on Bruce Kilgore’s bonafide classic — this time with some added hardware.
The added metallic grey heel brace doubles up as a Swoosh and architectural artwork, though it likely doesn’t provide any extra support. Branding at the rear has been altered to a soldered finish, while the tongue and insole branding also arrive in metallic burnish. Everything else appears to arrive in a standard uptown arrangement, save the introduction of textile tongues and the omission of the signature AF-1 dubraes.
