One of Nike’s oft-explored propositions is their ever-popular “Miami Nights” theme, where jet blacks playoff again neon light-like blues and pinks that replicates a feeling of South Beach after dark. If you’ve played Call of Duty Cold War, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. This Air Force 1 mimics that vibe perfectly, with let black tumbled leathers paired with a duo of hues that figuratively jump out from the release, not unlike a SoBe hotel’s signage. And like many of those hotels, Nike has equipped the pair with a Baroque-like floral print at the Swoosh and insole in black and pink, the former edged in neon blue. The two colors return again at the tongue and trim, while dual contrast stitching and two-tone branding embroidery split the two signature colors in perfect balance. Underfoot, you’ll find a clean white midsole sporting a semi-translucent blue outsole, and midsole detail in — you guessed it — pink and blue.
