With the sheer volume of creative colorways, it’s seen, it feels like Nike may have exhausted all of their inspirations on earth for the Air Force 1. But outside the stratosphere? There’s plenty of motivation to be found. And that’s exactly where this Nike Air Force 1 Low “Satellite” settles.
Arriving in a retro-futuristic aesthetic, the 60s-like typeface and tye-dye-like designs at the heel and Swoosh cement this pair in the early days of the Space Age. Those Uni Blue and Red overlays rest atop an upper entirely crafted in creamy-textured leathers, with a white sole unit, and icy-blue outsole sitting underfoot. The latter is mimicked at the special dubrae set, with striking black tongues and white laces resting to its superior. Above that is the titular satellite sketch, with the pair then completed by a planetary mosaic motif on the insole.
Though the official images of the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Satellite” have landed, a release date has not been identified — but you should expect to see these release alongside a slew of same-theme designs from Nike Sportswear this Spring. While we await further details, grab a detailed look at the pair here below, and be sure to keep our eyes glued to our official Twitter accountfor further updates on its release
