The Nike Air Force 1, designed by Bruce Kilgore, has undergone numerous material updates throughout its 40-year existence, often reflecting changes in seasonal styles. While winter typically sees the use of GORE-TEX and Duck Boot designs, the upcoming spring season will bring a new variation: the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Sequoia” featuring the construction of multiple materials.
The shoe’s uppers and tongues are made of canvas textile, accompanied by tonal leather overlays at the toe, eyestay, and quarter, with color-matched suedes in the rear. Laces, liners, and tongues follow in hue before bold strokes of bone at the branding, suede Swooshes, and sole units complete the design.
Grab a detailed look at the pair below, and expect to see this new Nike Air Force 1 Low “Sequoia” hit select Swoosh stockists and Nike.com on August 22.
