The middle child of the Air Force 1 family has uncharacteristically received an abundance of attention for the models’ 40th anniversary year, including big-name collaborations from Virgil Abloh, As well as playing key roles in several themed collections. Now it’s looking to kick start another series of releases, with this positive vibin’ Air Force 1 Mid “Feel Love” the first of a handful of similar releases to follow.

Packed to the brim with personality, the pair looks to woven textile uppers complete with a ribbed finish, with barely-there orange overlays of leather tacked on with contrast thread. The “Feel Love” stitching at the forefoot is more obvious again, as it, along with other key brand markings, are delivered in black. Swooshes of bright yellow and hardware of orange add some colorful touches, whilst the warming message of the release is reinforced again at the tongue and insole with special dual-heart motifs, and inner tags reading a conversation to self.
