If any shoe can take the title as the ultimate sneaker staple, then the Nike Air Force 1 has a strong claim to that throne. With a strong fan base behind the silhouette, the Nike design team loves to use the classic as a blank canvas to flex their creative muscle and experiment with various concepts. Once again they’ve toiled with a new idea, on this latest “Pixel Swoosh” option that boasts some bold inclusions against a staple white base.
In a similar vein to the AF1 “Triple White Pixel” recently announced here, this latest addition to the forever expanding catalog offers another digitalized motif. The all-white premium leather upper with matching rubber sole unit underfoot provides the ultimate clean crisp backdrop for the remainder of the design. The blue shimmering pixel swoosh slightly changes color depending on its composition and looks like it’s straight out of an 80’s arcade game, matching heel and tongue overlays with “Nike Air” branding continue the theme. Completing the design is the black pixeled branding on the insoles.
Wanting this in your daily rotation? Then it’s expected to drop on Nike.com in the coming weeks for $110 a pop. Check out the epic shots below and follow the House of Heat on Twitterfor all news and updates.
