Nike’s push to a more sustainable future in sneakers will be given a big thrust forward during the Summer season, with the Sportswear division’s epic multi-pair pack dubbed “Nike Sun Club”. Already revealing itself in a multitude of multi-color, multi-material models, there’s been one silhouette that’s been shown the most love from the Club — the Air Force 1. Now, another new take on the design has surfaced, with this alternate Nike Air Force 1 Low “Sun Club” appearing earlier today.
Much like the pack’s first-previewed pair the new burlap-riddled, multi-color pair retains an almost identical blocking, with pink toes, tan and purple mid panels, and orange Checks — but here the pair relies on a construction completely of textile — not leather. There’s a few other tweaks, too, with golden rar overlays, blue quarter panels, and eyestays of tan — but all-in-all, it’s a fairly similar release.
Grab a first and official look at this split-blocked, multi-material Nike Air Force 1 Low “Sun Club” just below, and expect to learn more on the pair and the wider sustainable collection in the coming weeks.
As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates.
