Back for its 30th birthday bash, last year, the Nike Air Huarache has been on a no-holds-barred barrage of releases, many of which have taken the more reserved route. This next-up Nike Air Huarache “Dark Beetroot” is anything but, with its striking maroon, sail, and black scheme highlighted by high-gloss patent leathers and nylons.
Whilst its blocking is nothing to boast about — it’s merely an all-maroon upper with white branding, and a two-tone sail sole unit — it does up the ante with its titular material selection, resulting in a pair that’s surprisingly elegant and gaudy at the same time.
Update 02.10.22 Nike US has confirmed a release of the Nike Air Huarache “Dark Beetroot” for February 22nd. Pairs will become available for $130 from 10 am ET on the day, right here on their official webstore.
