As the anticipation builds for the 2022 FIFA World Cup this November, Nike has been readying a handful of their legendary trainers in a fitting football-themed series that celebrates the world game on a local level. The Nike Air Huarache “Social F.C.” is the latest to join said collection, which keeps things extremely consistent to those revealed before it.
As seen from above, the pair’s football crest/crown motif in gold rests at both the insole and tongue and reads “Social FC” as an ode to the weekend leagues. From there, the design is fairly vague in its inspiration, with cloudy grey uppers, and an onslaught of bold blacks and off-white overlays. Pops of royal blue sprout at the caging, while a simple white and black sole unit sits underfoot to complete the design.
An official release date for the pair is still unknown, but you should expect to see this football-inspired Nike Air Huarache “Social F.C.” sneak into select retailers and Nike.com in the coming weeks. When they do hit shelves, we’ll be sure to keep you posted here on our official Twitter account.
