First Looks // Nike Air Max 90 “Animal”

Nike Sportswear is taking a walk on the wild side this season, with several of their classic silhouettes forming an extensive pack of animal-clad colorways. Joining the likes of the More Uptempoand Air Max Plus, the pack’s latest addition, the Air Max 90 “Animal,” continues a collage of faux animal print patterns, seen here on the pair’s zebra, snakeskin, and leopard overlays. All of these sit atop a steely grey mesh upper, with bright whites working in tandem at the plastic brand panels, laces, tongues, and liners. There’s more monochrome underfoot, with striking red Air cassettes and superior Swooshes joining specialty tongue and insole motifs for a final splash of color.

A release date for this all-new Nike Air Max 90 “Animal” and its wider collection is currently earmarked for November 24th, with select Swoosh stockists and Nike.com expected to carry the colorway.
