A Famous Nike Colorway Returns on the Air Max 90 “Cheetah”
First appearing on the Nike Kobe 7 of the same name, Kanye West borrowed the thematic for an Air Yeezy 2 sample — of which, only three pairs are said to be made. Of course, PJ Tucker has a pair, and recently thrust the sneaker back into the conversation by flexing on social media earlier this year. But not it’s back in the spotlight thanks to this Air Max 90 “Cheetah”, one that takes the original theme through a premium overhaul.
Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Cheetah” Sample
For the Air Max 90, the upper arrives in jet black pony hair, with ostrich overlays in purple, and dual-textured (and colored) mudguards Tongues are finished in a classic Safari texture, whilst a light purple suede covers the Swoosh and the tip of the toe box. The sole unit arrives relatively calm compared to what’s above it, with a clean white midsole housing volt Air supports, and a purple-tipped glow rubber outsole completing the design.
