The Air Max 90 Gets Sauced with Gold Iridescent Snakeskin

After a rather tame start to its 30th anniversary year, the Nike Air Max 90 is finally starting to flex some creative flair, with this audacious “Iridescent Snakeskin” offering set to arrive for Spring.

The pair’s bold gold-iridescent snakeskin overlays are easily the pair’s championing piece, unfairly overshadowing the elegant layering beneath. A subtle bone mesh upper provides the sneaker’s base, with complementary tones hitting the liners, laces, lower lacestay overlays, and sole units. Contrasting blacks arrive on the seeping mudguard, upper eyelets, and tongue, the latter revealing a vibrant aqua through its openly-woven mesh. The blue-green shade returns on the profile Nike Air panels, arriving sandwiched between vibrant orange accents on the lower eyelets and heel piece.
