Available Now // Nike Air Max 90 Gets Starred and Netted

The Air Max 90 has been through the wringer in 2020, delivering everything from OGs, to ultra-minimal and the extremely audacious — not once losing its ever strong appeal. With the 30th anniversary year almost at its end, you can bet there will be a few straggling releases filtering into the front-end of 2021 as a result of COVD delays. This special-edition Gradeschool release looks to be one of those, appearing today by-way-of its official images.

Anchored in a white leather construction, overlays of matching material cover the toe-mid panel, vamp, and mudguard overlays, before switching to subtle bones at the eyelets, branded panels, and Air cassettes. From there, things get a little interesting, with the rear white mesh overlays by black hex netting that gives of a reptilian effect, while TPU Swooshes house a starry graphic beneath. Aqua Air supports join matching hues on the mostly milky-translucent rubber outsole underfoot, and the pair is completed by jet black liners and embroidered canvas brand tags at the tongue.

Though a release date did not accompany the official image set below, you should expect to see a rollout of these unique netted Nike Air Max 90s hit select retailers in the coming weeks.
