Available Now // Nike Air Max 95 Patent “Cuban Link”

If the chocolate and caramel aesthetic of Nike’s recent “Cuban Link” Air Max pack just wasn’t your flavor, you won’t have to go hungry because there’s another on the menu. Popping up is this new take on the Air Max 90, this time did up in a mix of fresh materials completed in a striking color palette.

Like the previously-released “Velvet Brown” Air Max 90 Cuban Link, this too features a premium finish, although it does forgo suedes and perforations in favor of patent and tumbled leathers. Here, a pink mesh upper provides a soft, colorful base for some abrupt and stark overlays. Rich Navy takes over most of the upper, with the hue painting the patent leather and rear overlays, the eyelets and the tongue, laces, and liners. A Sweeping white mudguard meters into the branding panel and midsole to form a thick visual wedge that enables the Infrared Air cassette and Swoosh to take center stage. Completing the design is the inclusion of a chunky metallic gold Nike dubraes attach to a fine Cuban Link chain for extra flair, and is matched in the finish at the tongue and insole branding.
