Air Max 90 Pirate Radio “Garage” Releases February 13th

Nike’s newborn tribute to UK pirate radio scene will be expanded by one, with the addition of a second special-edition Air Max 90 — this time in an elegant White/Metallic Gold colorway.

Once again, you’ll find the skull insignia and illegal broadcast station clad in black ink underfoot a fully-translucent outsole; so to will you spot the special radio wave rear tabs, though this time it follows the tonal white hue of the upper it rests upon. Everything from the two boxes back is decked out in clean whites, with a completely leather construction (yes, tongues, too) housing standard plastic paneling and eyelets throughout. Slightly brighter whites hit the midsole and Air supports, with further white tints hitting the laces, liners, and branding throughout. The pair is completed by luxurious Metallic Gold hardware at the midfoot mini Swooshes and special “NIKE AIR MAX” dubraes.
