We’re in the midst of a snakeskin sneaker revival — just take a look at the abundance of the recently released serpent selections and you’ll see what I mean. But clearly the most notable of the bunch was 2006’s retrospective release of the “Phyton Snake” Air Force 1 Low— and now it’s being joined by another reptilian Air Max Alma Mater, the Air Max 90 “Python”

Serving as a lead-in to the storied silhouette’s 30th anniversary year, the return of the classic monochrome making will be one to please OG Air Maxs fans the world over. Keeping it true to the OG, the pair rocks the same serpent embellishment on the toe/midfoot overlays, which is wrapped in a black mudguard, a white leather toe-box and ankle panel, and grey Swooshes and the Air Max units.
