Nike Air Max 90 Terrascape “Sail” Surfaces

The recently-revealed Nike Terrascape collection looks to overhaul classic trainers with redesigns and renewable materials in a line that sits somewhere between Nike’s Space Hippie and Pinwheel projects. So far, we’ve seen both the Air Max Plus and Air Max 90 in retooled designs, but it’s the latter that has been picking up the most steam of late, with countless new colorways surfacing — in fact there’s been THREE this morning. The next of which is this striking sail and black banger.

Aside from the yellow-tinted midsoles, the pair retains a fairly straightforward build of completely tonal sail. Except for the striking black branding hits, that is. You’ll see Swooshes and tongue TERRASCAPE embroidery don the dark hue for maximum contrast, while a hint of neon green is only visible once the shoe is off-foot. Its outsole again opts for flecks of Grind Rubber, while crater foam fills the midsoles directly above to complete the design.
