Another Nike Air Max 90 “Viotech” is On the Way — This Time in OG Colors

The return of the mismatched suede “Viotech” theme on last month’s Air Max 90 was surprising — but not overly unexpected. After all, Aleali May’s “Viotech”-inspired Air Jordan 1 which hit shelves just last year planted a subliminal seed. And with the news of the original Viotech — the SB Dunk which saw it’s initial, limited release in the early 2000s — returning this Fall, it’s safe to say that the collective thirst is real, from both fans and Nikealike. But now the Swoosh has dropped another bombshell — another “Viotech” Nike Air Max 90 is on the way, this time it’s truly aligned to the OG Dunk’s color palate and blocking. Now, not to shit on last month’s release, but you just cannot compare it to the OG mix of Red, Golden Yellow, Purple, Green, Royal, and Black.

Like the SB Dunk, the pair rocks royal toe boxes with vivid red overlays, hits of purple and green and the heel — and in this case, the latter runs down the full-length of the mudguard — black lacestay overlays, grey tongues and laces, and tan Swooshes. Let’s not forget that the Dunk is on its way, too, but with that likely being ultra-limited again, I wouldn’t be hesitating to pull the trigger on these come August 29th, when pairs are set to drop in both mens and toddler sizing from select stores liek 43einhalb and directly from Nike.com for $140 — toddlers at $52
