The Air Max 95 Goes Back to Greyscale Gradients

The Air Max 95 will return to its roots this autumn, as the Swoosh has decked out this new multi-material release in classic grey-to-white gradients.

Harnessing the color graduations of Sergio Lozano’s original Ai rMax 95 colorways, this new effort works from grey mesh up top into all-black soles underneath, with each overlaying panel proffering a slightly darker shade. Here, Nike has altered the textiles to include leather, suede, synthetic and nubuck. Bright white tongues and laces add a little extra layer to the chambray theme, with the pair then completed by striking color pops of Track Red at the ankle Swoosh and Air supports, and navy on the eyestays and modified tongue branding.

The release date for the Nike Air Max 95 has been penciled in for July 21, 2023, with pairs set to hit Nike.com for $175
