Sergio Lozano's Nike Air Max 95 design is widely considered one of the best of all-time. As such, the sneaker has released in countless styles over its 30-year history. With the milestone anniversary celebration set to continue well into 2026, more release rumors keep surfacing, with the latest pertaining to a reissue of the "Blue Spark" colorway last seen in 2011.
According to Sole Retriever, the classic pair is set to return before August ends. The sneaker—officially clad in a "White/Blue Spark/Neutral Grey/Medium Grey" color scheme—continues the trend of the Swoosh retroing important Air Max 95 ensembles as part of its Big Bubble, 30th anniversary festivities. The style mimics the greyscale gradient options launched in the sneaker's first year. The titular "Blue Spark" tone animates lace loops, airmax branding on the top of the tongue, and logos around the heel. Underfoot, visible Air units and sections of the outsole also indulge in the rich blue hue.

As with other faithful reissues from Lozano's legacy, the "Blue Spark" pair is expected to include Big Bubble cushioning underfoot. The overall shape of the AM95 is also expected to be roomier than most of the retros from the last 19 years. The sneakers should arrive in an old school-inspired shoe box as well.
Official photos of the pair have yet to surface via authorized and unathorzed channels alike. The lead photo used in this article is of the pair from 2011 and courtesy of The Stash UK on TikTok. The next retro of the "Blue Spark" Air Max 95 should hit Nike.com for $190 by the start of autumn.
