"Bright Mandarin" Reappears on the Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble

Nike Sportswear continues to celebrate the Air Max 95's return-to-Big-Bubble-form. Its latest festive effort revisits a "Bright Mandarin" look.

In early June, Sergio Lozano's nature-inspired design took on its "Black/Cool Grey/White/Bright Mandarin" color scheme from 1997, offering it alongside a plumper Air Max unit than usual. Information acquired by Elden Monitors has revealed another AM95 retro clad in a similar ensemble.

Internal color descriptions from the Swoosh state that the second pair features a "White/Cool Grey/White/Bright Mandarin" color scheme. A quick glance at the sneaker reveals a product near-identical to the preceding Air Max 95, but close inspection reveals a different edition. For starters, the sequel omits an "OG" distinction from its product name, suggesting original details haven't been meticulously included. A look at the outsole confirms this, as information about the Air bubble's PSI (pounds per square inch) is not present. The shade of "Bright Mandarin" is also different, despite following original color-blocking.
