Available Now // Nike Air Max 95 “Kaomoji”
It appears that the cheeky, emoji-clad Air Max 97won’t be a solo release, with the appearance of an accompanying Air Max 95 “Kaomoji” arriving just minutes behind the just-previewed pair.
In opposition to the 97, the Air Max 95 anchored in black mesh, and relies heavily on it’s cascading overlays for contrast. Purple, blue and white feature from top to bottom in leather and Velcro – the latter joining the tongue — which features a four-dot “typing” signal seen when waiting for a text response — in housing the playful set of stick-on additions. In-line with the accompanying release, piercing Volt accents flutter in at the tongue, insole, rear Swoosh, and forefoot Air support, while the rear is reserved for blue. Capping off the design is a simplistic white and black sole unit, and a speech bubble graphic on the insoles completes the conversation.
An official release date for the pair is still unknown, but the Nike Air Max 95 “Kaomoji” is likely to sneak into select retailers and Nike.com over the coming weeks. When they do hit shelves, we’ll be sure to keep you posted here on our official Twitter account, but until then, enjoy an official look at the pair here below.
