Realtree has quietly been expanding its footprint well beyond the woods. Over the past year, the camo specialist has officially linked up with Nike on a growing range of performance running silhouettes, bringing its EDGE™ pattern into a space that’s traditionally been more about pace than pattern. Now, that partnership steps firmly into lifestyle territory with the Nike Air Max 95 “Realtree Camo” — a retro runner that feels purpose-built for crossover appeal.
At its core, the Air Max 95 remains Sergio Lozano’s layered, anatomy-inspired design, but here it’s dressed in something far more rugged than usual. Realtree’s EDGE™ camo takes over the upper, wrapping the mesh base and suede overlays in a dense mix of branches, bark, and shadowed textures. The effect is subtle from a distance, but richly detailed up close — the kind of finish that rewards wear rather than screaming for attention.
Black leather mudguards ground the look at the toe, adding durability and contrast, while darkened eyelets and laces keep the palette cohesive. Hits of muted green and grey peek through the camo pattern, reinforcing the outdoors-driven aesthetic without turning the shoe into novelty gear. Even the insoles get the full Realtree treatment, extending the theme beyond what’s immediately visible.

Underfoot, the Air Max 95’s signature visible Air units remain intact, housed within a smoked midsole that complements the darker upper tones. It’s classic AM95 tooling doing what it does best — offering everyday comfort while anchoring the shoe firmly in Nike’s lifestyle canon rather than its performance catalog.
What makes this release work is timing. Camo has been creeping back into fashion rotations, but the execution here feels more deliberate than trend-chasing. By pairing Realtree’s most recognizable pattern with one of Nike’s most iconic retro runners, the collaboration bridges performance heritage, outdoor culture, and streetwear sensibility in a way that feels natural.
