This Air Max 97 Boasts a Metallic Bronze Touch

Metallic finishes always have a special relationship with the Air Max 97. From it’s OG Silver Bullet to its succeeding packs, shiny never looks as good as it does on the 1997 icon. Now, Nike will be adding another gleaming pair to the ever-growing collection with this Gradeschool-exclusive colorway set to touchdown at retailers soon.

And — like all good uses of metallic and/or Snakeskin finishes — it’s as simple as it gets. Starting out with an all-white base comprised of mesh and leather, the pairing ushers in a metallic bronze mudguard, complete with reptilian textures — and that’s all she wrote.
