Beijing Joins the Nike Air Max BW “City Pack”

Sharing a similar cult following to the TN, the Nike Air Max BW is a favorite to many regional spots across the globe. That wide-spread affection will be honored for the silhouette’s 30th anniversary through a special Nike Air Max BW “City Pack” that nods Big Window-loving locales from all corners of the planet.

After Los Angeles, Lyon, and Rotterdam were each given their own colorway to celebrate the event (all of which feature similar-yet-different finishes) a belated entry has appear for China’s capital, Beijing.

Like the others from the collection, the city features its namesake on the heel and tongue (in Hanzi) and comes dressed in almost identical duds of black and white, through a catalog of mesh, leather, and nylon. Beijing’s hero colors are rich browns, which differentiate it distinctly from the other pairs, this release is again capped off by golden lace dubraes show both 1991 and 2021 on them to further celebrate the model’s 30th birthday.
