Nike's Air Max Dn8 Debuts in "Hyper Pink" on Feb. 6

Unveiled to the world in November 2024 with the help of Corteiz's Javel Berlin, the Nike Air Max Dn8 is finally set to debut in February.

Rooted in heritage but inspired by the future, the silhouette leverages the Swoosh's industry-leading Research & Development efforts on the performance front to create a stylish, comfortable product. A sequel to last year's Air Max Dn, the upcoming design goes all-out with its cushioning solution, offering a full-length Dynamic Air setup for the first time in the brand's history. The sneaker's two visible Air units and eight tubes (hence the 'Dn8' name) work in-tandem to deliver a sustained, pressurized ride underfoot. A similar experience has been developed for the Pegasus Premium running shoe.

"For the Dn8, we wanted to be lower to the ground," said Jonathan Kosenick, Lead Designer, Men’s Sportswear, in a press release for the model. "We wanted to feel more Air...to improve transition. All of those goals led us to design the shoe with eight Air chambers directly in contact with the ground, which allows the chambers to more effectively compress and be way more flexible, delivering a much bouncier, springier sensation that channels a Nike performance footwear approach into a shoe you want to wear every day".

Although it's been designed through a performance lens, the Air Max Dn8 is firmly a lifestyle offering. The San Antonio Spurs' Victor Wembanyama has put some milage into the sneaker, as has Central Cee. The design's breathable upper pairs well with the innovative Dynamic Air system underfoot. Elevated materials inject a premium feel into the latest member of the Swoosh's expansive Air Max catalog.
