The Nike Air Max Plus OG "Hyper Blue" Returns January 2025

Just over a quarter-century ago, the Beaverton Brand unleashed the Air Max Plus upon the world, never anticipating the tidal wave of popularity it would amass. Quickly becoming a cornerstone of European street culture before forming the bedrock for Eshay culture in Australia, this fierce design has secured its place within the very fabric of sneaker culture. Eager fans awaiting an OG revival can rejoice as Nike plans to return the Air Max Plus “Hyper Blue” in early 2025.

Distinctive in its appearance, the iconic sneaker boasts a gradient blue hue spanning its entirety, punctuated by contrasting black overlays that break up the vivid colorway. Unsurprisingly, the celebrated TN badge holds its ground on the heel cap and outsole, proudly displaying the shoe’s emblematic insignia.

The pair last released in 2018 for its 20th anniversary alongside other OG colorways in “Sunset” and “Voltage Purple.”
