Nike Air Max Scorpion “Smoke Grey” Drops November 22

With Nike’s Air Max linage failing to find traction in the past few years, a lot is riding on the success of their new Air Max Scorpion. With the VaporMax series dwindling, Nike has literally doubled down on their newest silhouette, hoping to inject as much hype into the model as they’ve done Air in their oversized sole units. As is the case with a lot of their most audacious designs, the Swoosh will start off with some fairly tame colorways to test the market — or even a little bit of nostalgia, like this new Nike Air Max Scorpion “Smoke Grey“ colorway

Channeling the OG Air Max 95 “Neon,” the pair boasts a light-to-dark grey gradient finish from the top down and also has pops of neons through the several brand marks. The latter is joined by seasonal blues, with the hue recurring again — though only just visible — through the paiur’s oversized Air units.

A release for the Nike Air Max Scorpion “Smoke Grey” is currently scheduled to arrive November 2022, though specifics on this colorway are currently unknown.
