Nike Air Max TL 2.5 "Michigan" Channels Wolverines’ Spirit This Spring

The revitalized Nike Air Max TL 2.5 continues its return to the spotlight with a fresh “Michigan” colorway, loosely evoking the Wolverines' iconic palette.

Though not an official collaboration, the Varsity Maize and Midnight Navy accents are unmistakable, offering a striking nod to the University of Michigan's heritage.

This pair adheres to the two-tone design ethos of earlier TL 2.5 releases. Pure white dominates the upper mesh and lower midsole, creating a clean base contrasting sharply with the bold navy and yellow hues through the midfoot and accents. The combination recalls the Air Max 98 “Total Yellow” from 2018, but the colors shine anew here, adding fresh life to this retro silhouette.

The Nike Air Max TL 2.5 “Michigan” is expected to be released this Spring for $180.
